- The report is broken into 10 sections with details and photos of items that are of interest to the
client
- Computer generated checklist format using narrative for any items
that do not function as intended
- The body of the report includes items of
interest (maintenance related items, suggested improvements, etc.)
- A summary
page for any items that do not function as intended or adversely affect the habitability of the home
- The report is generated for the client only and is not distributed to anyone else unless authorized
by the cleint
- I have the ability to e-mail the Contract as well as the report in
PDF format for your convienence
