The report is broken into 9 sections with details and photos of items that are of interest to the client Computer generated checklist format using narrative for any items that do not function as intended The body of the report includes items of interest (maintenance related items, suggested improvements, etc.) A summary page for any items that do not function as intended or adversely affect the habitability of the home The report is generated for the client only and is not distributed to anyone else unless authorized by the cleint
